Why do we have these? Because a studio without structure is just a dark room. We've spent years honing the perfect creative environment, and these terms ensure every guest gets the premium experience they paid for.
Booking & Payment
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We don't do "maybe next week." If you need to cancel, do it 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Anything later? We'll have to keep a 50% setup fee because our team spent time prepping that shadow-play just for you.
Studio Etiquette
Our gear is top-tier. Treat it like your own, or maybe better. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the card on file. Don't be that person. We keep a detailed log of all equipment status before and after every session.
